All personal information supplied to us is kept either in client files or in a computer database which is protected through the use of access passwords. In the event a person ceases to be a client personal information is held for seven years as required by law in a secure storage area or off-site storage facility.

IPS will not, under any circumstances, on-sell your information to outside parties. We will, if required by law, provide personal information to third parties where it is reasonable for us to do so or as requested by you.

Your personal details may be transferred between IPS entities however only as required to complete work for you. From time to time your details will also be used to receive direct mailings, should you wish to stop this at anytime you are free to do so and instructions on how to do this are explained in every piece of direct mail sent from IPS.
