Damion Emmanuel

Damion joined International Professional Services in March 2004.  Damion has over 25 years of experience in the accounting, superannuation, audit and finance industries combined, including 8 years within an international big 4 accounting practice based overseas.

Damion has extensive practical experience in providing tax compliance and business advisory services to small and medium-sized business clients and works closely with clients as part of their Accounting and Business Advisory teams. Such advice has included the implantation of cloud based accounting systems that have provided efficiencies around costing, reporting cash flow management and KPI trends & analysis.  Damion’s skills, experience and knowledge are highly valued by IPS’s clients and complement the firm’s service offerings.

In addition to business advisory services, Damion has assisted clients with corporate restructuring, debt restructure, succession and retirement planning.

As a business and tax advisor, Damion will work with you to ensure you spend more time working on your business rather than in it. Damion will provide advice to assist with the challenges of operating a business and provide support in achieving outcomes.

Onnicha Lin

B.Com (Acc. Fin.), C.A.

Onnicha joined the International Professional Services team in April 2012 as a graduate accountant and subsequently graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) at Griffith University in 2010.
Onnicha has experience working within the accounting industry specialising in taxation and compliance and has recently graduated as a Chartered Accountant.

Onnicha works with a broad client base in all types of business structures including sole traders, partnerships, trusts and companies. She is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and tax returns and also provides advisory services such as financial performance reviews, structure planning and reviews, benchmarking.

Onnicha prides herself in being committed to developing her skills and knowledge through her work in addition to learning from senior members of IPS.

Arno Lozovskis

B.Com (Accounting) C.A.

Arno joined IPS as Graduate Accountant in 2011.  His dedication and commitment to the firm has seen him progress into the role of Accountant in a short period of time.

Coupled with Arno’s academic history is his passion for developing his skills and knowledge within the accounting industry as a whole.

Arno works closely with senior accountants and management to provide taxation and business advisory services to a diverse group of clients and specialised audit services where needed.

Arno is extremely personable and prides himself in always providing a highly professional service to clients and completing accounting responsibilities in a timely manner.  Arno is extremely dedicated to IPS and this can be seen through the work and contribution he makes to the firm as a whole.

Cameron Reed

B.Ec, G.Dip FM, DFS (FP), SSA

Cameron first joined International Professional Services in 2006, after working with a large all services Brisbane based firm, to lead the Self-Managed Super Fund division.  Cameron’s proven knowledge and experience in this specialised area has since led to his appointment as a Co-Director of the IPS Group of Companies in 2007.

Over the years, Cameron has dedicated himself to the SMSF industry and whilst working with the clients of IPS, he held a committee position with the SMSF Association for 10 years and was elected as the QLD State Chapter Chairman of the same for a period of 3 years.  This position led to Cameron being the recipient of the prestigious Chairman’s Award in February 2012 proving his commitment to providing outstanding service to the SMSF Sector as a whole.

Cameron’s key areas of specialisation include structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds, the retirement cycle and tax effective retirement planning, estate planning and family succession planning.  Furthermore, Cameron works closely with the clients and in house financial planners to ensure that our client’s investments strategy fits into their overall SMSF structure rather than simply being a stand along portfolio.

Cameron is an ‘out of the box’ thinker and is constantly up to date with the ongoing changes to the legislation to ensure that our clients are always receiving the best advice possible.  This dedication has, over the years, enabled him to provide specialised SMSF advice to Accountants, Financial Planners and Lawyers who have struggled with this much specialised industry as a whole.

As a Director, Cameron leads by example in relation to providing high quality work and building meaningful relationships with existing and new clients.  Cameron believes in maintaining professionalism and pushing not only himself but the staff around him to do the same.

Craig Tschirpig

B.Bus (Acc), DFS (FP), C.A., SSA, JP (Qual)

Craig started his career in the Accounting and Finance industries in a large North Queensland accounting firm before relocating to the Gold Coast and joining International Professional Services. Craig’s new generation approach to accounting and client services led to him being appointment a director of the IPS group of companies in 2003.

Over the years Craig has developed extensive knowledge in the areas of Financial Services, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Taxation and Risk Insurance.  His wealth of knowledge and specialisation in all aspects of the accounting and finance industries has enabled Craig to continually provide the clients of IPS with a high end level of service and advice and identify risk areas that the client may not have been aware of and work with them to mitigate the same.

Furthermore, Craig’s extensive training and qualifications offer clients a synergised approach to business structuring and wealth creation strategies, along with offering clients a holistic approach to helping them achieve their personal and business related goals.

Craig’s key areas of specialisation include all areas of taxation, structuring, investments, financial services, estate planning and asset protection for small, medium and large enterprises.  His skills enable him to provide one off consulting advice for external lawyers, financial advisers and accountants or ongoing full service advice and tax planning strategies for IPS clients.

At IPS, Craig provides staff with ongoing guidance and training on complex matters and support to improve their skills in the Accounting and Finance industries.  He is committed to providing a service unlike any other to our existing and potential clients and is proud to be a part of International Professional Services group of entities.

David Sidhu

As one of the Directors of IPS, David has been supporting individuals and businesses with their accounting, financial and auditing needs since 1995. Primarily based on the Gold Coast, David has worked with IPS clients from all over Australia and across the globe.

Working closely with clients, David implements Business, Finance and Accounting Strategies that help minimise tax, grow wealth and increase the bottom line. David finds that being able to work with business owners directly across various areas of accounting, is gratifying and judging by firms’ level of repeat and referred business, the feeling from clients is mutual.

In addition to the above, David provides advice on Auditing and Accounting requirements along with Financial Planning services and Self Managed Super Fund advice and establishment. Furthermore, David is a Registered Company Auditor who focuses on Self Managed Super Funds, travel, Licensing and Gaming Industry Audits.

David believes that it is important to plan for the future no matter how young or old you are, and is able to offer tailored advice that fits in with our clients circumstances.
